The guy at the front desk was extremely nice and so it started out great. The motel is behind renovated, looks like they are getting it so a lot of it was closed, elevator and pool were not open, and no breakfast bar yet, but that's okay. The room was nice, comfy and ac worked great. When they finish it's going to be a very nice place to stay. I have no complaints and would stay here again.
This place may look a little rough on the outside and when you enter but for the price you pay compared to other hotels in the area it is worth it. Our room was large even with one bed. It was clean, the shower was great . It had a large bathroom. AC was quiet and it efficient.
I stayed here a few months ago and gave Windsor an average rating and a less than desirable review. Great customer service but was very displeased with the cleanliness. The manager replied with an apology and promise to make sure it was resolved. I have now deleted my old review because I decided to give the Windsor another chance. I am so glad I did! Price is good for a basic hotel, bed was comfortable, customer service was excellent and the rooms are super clean. Oh yeah and they have breakfast now!
